    King Arthur Baking is seeking a dynamic leader to join the strategic leadership team as Vice President of Human Resources (VPHR). The VPHR must possess strategic, cultural, and tactical leadership abilities – serving as a critical partner to senior business leaders, creating new HR capabilities, namely organizational development, talent development, change management, strategic thinking and improved performance management.

    As a 100% employee-owned B Corp, attention to understanding and nurturing KAB’s ownership culture is foundational to HR effectiveness. This position sets the Human Resource strategy aligned with the company’s strategic plan and builds proactive initiatives in workforce engagement and HR business partnership, grounded in building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. This position supervises a staff of six and will require both strategic and tactical involvement in building HR infrastructure. Ideal candidate has proven experience as VP/Head of HR or other senior HR role in $100 million plus organization(s), deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefit management. etc.), experience in strategic HR planning and implementation, and experience leading organization development, organization design and change management.
