Vice President of Organizational Development
Hybrid/Remote (some travel to New York City and Orlando)
Our client is a pioneer in the not-for-profit health insurance sector, having developed the value-based healthcare model where hospitals and physicians are paid based on patient outcomes. They are growing and expanding their product and service offerings, and currently have 4,500 associates on their team.
We are seeking a senior level individual to come in and build the OD capability for the organization. The role will be accountable for driving the Leadership Development and Organizational Development agenda enterprise-wide.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative solutions that enable the achievement of the Talent and OD/OE strategy for the entire enterprise
- Responsible for all Organizational Development and Effectiveness methodologies, initiatives, interventions, programs, and resources across the company; to include the areas of OD/OE, Leadership Development, Culture and Engagement, Performance Management, Talent and Succession Planning, Team Effectiveness, Diversity-Equity-Inclusion (DEI), Assessment, and Organizational Design as defined by the needs of the business
- Responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate professional and leadership development and organizational effectiveness
- Establish a team of high performing OD subject matter experts and consultants who can drive improvement in the organization; coach, mentor and develop this team whilst building a viable succession plan
Ideal candidates will have experience leading complex, enterprise-wide organizational change initiatives and leading the development and implementation of impactful OD/OE interventions. They will possess deep knowledge and experience in OD, Behavioral Change, Leadership Development and Learning best practices, and will have experience leading a team of consultative specialists. An advanced degree/qualifications is strongly preferred.Total compensation package includes generous six figure base salary, annual bonus, long-term incentive opportunity, and comprehensive benefits. Our client supports hybrid working arrangements and accommodates individuals living across 38 states across the US. If the individual in this role does not live in New York, the expectation is that they would travel regularly and as needed to the NYC corporate office and occasionally to the service center location in Orlando, FL.
