We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to lead the Center of Excellence to provide global direction to the Talent Acquisition function. Reporting to the CHRO, this individual will be responsible for the overall strategy, tools, training, standards, and metrics for the Talent Acquisition function while supporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
This person will provide thought leadership and drive key strategies to source, screen, select, and finalize the hiring of highly qualified individuals for employment. They will also provide guidance/leadership to recruiters that support the business segment, manage all branding initiatives and ensure the TA team has access to consistently to promote the company brand. This person will also strategize with executives, leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Field organization on various talent solutions as well as build and sustain an effective and responsive campus recruitment framework and function that partners with various key internal stakeholders and which can be globalized and localized.
Education & Experience:
BA and/or 10-15 years of relevant, end-to-end recruitment experience with an emphasis on strategic recruiting leadership and managing direct and indirect reports in a mid-to-large size global organizationGenerous base salary with annual bonus opportunity, equity, comprehensive benefits and a hybrid work arrangement.
