• Our client is is a Boston-based investment manager that provides global and international equity investment strategies and fund products to institutional investors such as pension plans, endowments, foundations, and registered/unregistered commingled investment funds. They are a private partnership with 500 employees.

    Reporting to the CHRO, the Human Resources Business Partner will partner with the Technology function inclusive of Application Development, IT Risk & Governance, Production Reliability Engineering, and Technical Services departments. As a key member of the Human Resources team, the HRBP will work closely with the Technology leadership team on critical HR priorities including talent development, performance management, diversity, compensation management, and engagement. The ideal candidate has experience in performance management, talent development, executive coaching, and partnering with compensation and TA to attract and retain top talent.
