    Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partners, we are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner who will provide comprehensive HR Business Partner services for assigned client groups – consulting to the executive management on the most complicated and technical Human Resources issues. Manage a variety of HR programs, processes, transactions, including global initiatives.

    Specific Responsibilities

    This person will act as a strategic partner to assigned client groups on Human Resources programs and issues. Including organizational design, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and training; Collaborate with executive leadership to define the Company’s long-term mission and strategic vision and develop and implement all HR initiatives that support business objectives.

    Education & Experience

    8-10 years relevant experience. Expertise in OD, employment strategy. Excellent communication and influencing skills with all levels of the organization, strong leadership, and human relations skills. Strategic and tactical, versatile, flexible, and play a variety of roles in the organization
