Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Managing Director of Human Resources who will have responsibility for the day-to-day strategic and operational leadership of the HR function and team. This position will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of Talent Management, Total Rewards, Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Communications, and Change Management.
Education & Experience
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership across the functional disciplines of Human Resources.
