    Reporting into a dynamic SVP, Talent Management and working with the HR team, this role is both strategic and supportive in relation to all Learning Management initiatives. The successful candidate will manage all Learning Operations supporting internal and external Learning and Leadership Development offerings, including all required coordination and project management. In addition, he/she will lead the organization’s Learning Management System.

    • Create communications on upcoming Learning & Development events and manage L&D program calendars
    • Partner with and manage vendor relationships, coordinating with Procurement on vendor contracts
    • Keep all stakeholders updated on program/course participation and maintain all course materials, and necessary documentation
    • Conduct follow up course evaluations to determine effectiveness of learning, course material, delivery, and regular reporting
    • Maintain Learning & Development intranet pages
    • Create marketing and communications for upcoming L&D programs for various audiences
    • Support Head of Learning & Leadership Development in managing budget by tracking program expenditures
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for the LMS including but not limited to content upload, course, program and curriculum configuration, user setup, creation of assignment profiles, direct and automatic assignment, catalog creation, roster registration and crediting, report generation, etc. and have direct ownership over making these updates on behalf of certain organizational units.
    • Serve as primary trainer to advise of best practices within the system and train new local system administrators.
    • Internally develop eLearning modules, using instructional design AICC and SCORM in partnership with SMEs.

    Ideal candidates will have 8-12 years of experience successfully creating, delivering, and managing L&D programs as well as Learning Management Systems. He/She will have the ability to diagnose and solve learning & development issues, developing deep insights into the needs of the business and translating those insights into viable solutions. Able to use data, experience, and judgement to drive learning needs and solutions. Highly organized with exceptional project management skills, leadership, influence, execution, and broad knowledge base.
