    Reporting into the SVP, Talent Management, this person will establish and lead all learning and leadership development efforts that enable a largely remote organization to develop the professional and leadership capabilities required to deliver on the business transformation and growth strategy. In alignment with company strategy and business needs, the successful candidate will develop and deliver cutting edge professional and leadership development programs to advance skills and accelerate leadership readiness.

    Specific responsibilities:

    • Provide thought partnership on the design and execution of Learning Programs through a network of qualified partners. Assist in procuring strategic partnerships with outside vendors to incorporate best practices, trends, programs, and products into learning & leadership development strategies and be part of the delivery/facilitation team
    • Manage the design and implementation of Development programs focused on Core Learning & Development Programs, Accelerated Leadership Development Programs, Targeted Investments in Talent Segments focused on immersing talent in stretch/challenging experiences and assignments and developing resource materials to meet business needs
    • Create, deliver and manage “just-in-time” upskilling programs on Core Talent Practices, Performance Management, Talent Identification, Succession Management and Development Planning
    • Partner with HRBPs and across HR functions to provide thought partnership on development and deployment of business-specific learning solutions

    Ideal candidates will have a strong blend and understanding of adult learning / leadership development theory and practice; comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs (awareness of the ADDIE model, Learning Management Systems and SCORM standards preferred.) In-depth understanding of traditional, non-traditional, and modern training methods conducive to a remote workforce, proven experience in diagnosing capability needs and defining learning & leadership development plans to address these needs, and experience working with data and utilizing analytical insights to inform strategic learning recommendations.  Advanced degree preferred (Major in Instructional Design, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or Organizational Development preferred.)
