• Our client is a global industrial solutions provider focused on advancing a comprehensive range of microscopes for clinical applications, research, and education.  With a private equity investment in late 2023, approximately 2500 employees and $3B in revenue, they are poised for continued growth.

    We are seeking a leader with demonstrated experience in HRIS implementations (preferably with SuccessFactors) and with building an HR Operations function for the organization.  Reporting directly to the CHRO and as part of the HR leadership team, the Head of HRIS & HR Operations will have the following responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with HR leadership to align strategies with business objectives; work closely with HR leaders to ensure HR initiatives contribute to achieving organizational goals

    • Lead the multi-year transition to a unified HRIS system, managing the consolidation of multiple HRIS platforms, streamlining processes and improving data accuracy across global operations

    • Harmonize and optimize global HR processes through the standardization and automation of HR workflows worldwide, ensuring compliance and efficiency in systems and operations

    • Monitor HR metrics and drive continuous improvement through the regular assessment of key HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance HR performance and efficiency

    • Lead and develop the HR Operations team, providing direction and mentorship to ensure their growth and alignment with organizational needs

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years experience in HRIS & HR Operations, with at least five years in a people and functional leadership role.  Additionally, individuals bringing extensive experience with implementations, robust analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment will be required.
