    We are seeking a Chief People Officer who has prior experience leading HR in a boutique financial services organization, and who is strategic and operationally minded.  With two direct report staff, the Chief People Officer will have the following responsibilities:

    • Develops, presents, and leads the organization-wide human capital strategy, with emphasis on creative and innovative people practices, consistent execution, and inclusive processes across the organization
    • Cultivates a compelling employer brand from the inside out through employee engagement initiatives, talent acquisition and retention practices, and development opportunities that promote a high performing culture
    • Leads talent acquisition strategy and execution, working closely with SMT members and appropriate outside resources to consistently deliver a pipeline of high caliber talent for all open positions and to identify talent priorities, current knowledge gaps, and operational challenges requiring human capital solutions
    • Oversees the Company’s performance philosophy, including its compensation and benefits strategy, and ongoing feedback and development processes

    The ideal candidate will be an accomplished business leader with outstanding relationship building skills, demonstrated experience operating strategically and operationally, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through, and a role model for leaders and associates alike.  BA/BS degree is required, with minimum 15 years of experience.
