Wende is a Co-Founder of M2 Partners HR search, and has over two decades of search experience recruiting Human Resources professionals. From the time she discovered Talent Acquisition early in her career until today, she has enjoyed every aspect of the search process. She works diligently to uncover the needs of each client and then develops a detailed picture of the skills, leadership style, and temperament a candidate must possess to succeed. Wende’s proven discernment and genuine commitment to client and candidate experience have resulted in loyal clients and candidates, an exceptional referral network, and incredibly satisfying work. Prior to teaming up with her long-time colleague Janet in 2013, she was a Vice President of HR Search at a Boston based retained search firm. Wende and her husband Rob have two millennial daughters, a puppy they rescued during the pandemic named Miley, and in her free time, she enjoys gardening, riding Peloton, walking on any beach, and doing volunteer work for the American Red Cross and Courage to Caregivers.
