Maggie started her career in the financial services industry, working in the Corporate Finance and Compensation divisions of Wellington Management Company. After completing her MBA, she decided to put her newly honed marketing and entrepreneurial skills to work as a Category Manager for Wayfair. As time went on, Maggie found herself volunteering for people-related projects and realized she wanted to find a way to use her interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills in a Human Resources capacity. Thankfully, she was referred to M2 Partners to talk about HR opportunities, and Wende & Janet convinced her to join the M2 team! Maggie completed her undergraduate degree in Finance from the Catholic University of America and earned her MBA from Babson College. She and her husband recently welcomed a baby boy to their family, and once they get some sleep, they hope to find a way to continue spending time sailing, skiing, and hiking with their chocolate Labrador Retriever Hally.
