• Reporting to the CEO, the Head of People Operations is a newly created position that will be critical to ensuring this nimble tech startup is well positioned to achieve 100% of their potential. This leader will develop and execute a Human Resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company, with specific focus in the areas of talent acquisition, succession planning, talent management & development, organizational and performance management, learning, and total rewards.

    A creative individual who brings people-focused solutions to address organizational challenges is critical, and the Head of People Operations will be a champion of culture and values and understand how essential both are to achieving business goals. As the company grows, this individual will be charged with building out HR subject matter capability, as well as driving the creation and adoption of innovative, enterprise-wide initiatives designed to attract and retain outstanding talent.
