We are seeking an innovative Director-level Human Resource Business Partner to support the KAV business unit. Reporting to the Division Vice President of Human Resources, this Director will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships across the business unit, as well as be an active member of the BU leadership team. Additionally, they will play a critical role on the people strategy deployment according to the company's framework and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing HR strategies by identifying and researching issues, including contributing information, analysis and recommendations to strategic thinking and decision-making
- Leading the implementation of HR strategies by establishing clear responsibilities regarding talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement, performance management, succession planning, and compensation philosophy and practices
- Bringing expertise on organizational development & design, and engages as a thought partner, advisor, and coach to leaders and managers to facilitate a proactive and sustainable approach to Talent Development
- Contributing to the creation of solutions for best practice initiatives in areas like employment, employee communication, talent and career development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HRIS delivery
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience and a BS/BA degree, although an MBA is preferred. Experience working in large, matrixed, and global organizations, preferably in the manufacturing, industrial, technological, or life sciences industry. Must have broad exposure to all HR disciplines and predominant expertise in OD, Change Management, Talent Development, and Total Rewards strategy. Solid business acumen & decision-making skills, as well as cultural sensitivity and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in all initiatives and practices is critical. Presentation skills & a clear communication style, including being a good listener and influencer, is a must, particularly with internal and external stakeholders anywhere in the world.Base salary 160-190K with 20% annual bonus opportunity & 20% LTI (currently phantom shares with the goal of a future listing on the US stock exchange)
