    The Talent Management Leader is an exciting opportunity to lead talent development priorities while continuously focusing on improvements and creative solutions that cultivate a talented and inclusive workforce. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role will work collaboratively with managers and business partners within the firm, and other members of our human resources team. The Talent Management Leader will design and implement high-quality learning and organizational development programs that promote excellence and boost employee growth and performance. The ideal candidate has experience with designing and implementing programs that promote talent development including high impact talent management practices such as the annual talent review, succession planning, employee engagement and the performance management process. Additionally, the ideal candidate has experience with creating and implementing a comprehensive DEI strategy based on metrics that are communicated effectively throughout the organization.
