Janet is a Co-Founder of M2 Partners HR Search, and is recognized as a highly respected executive search professional in the Talent & Human Capital space. With significant experience recruiting Human Resources leaders, she has managed searches for organizations ranging from emerging tech start-ups to global Fortune 500 companies. She is the ultimate "match-maker," and has many stories of candidates who have become clients and clients who have become candidates. Her co-workers at M2 would tell you that she never forgets a name and is an obsessive list maker. Prior to launching M2 Partners in 2013 with her long-time colleague Wende, Janet was a Vice President of HR Search at a highly regarded Boston-based retained search firm. In her spare time, Janet can be found producing musicals with The Un-Common Theatre Company and cooking new recipes from old cookbooks.
